Fun fact: In the last year, New Haven has only experienced one earthquake. What was the cause of this quake? No one can say for sure, but it seems awfully coincidental that the event occurred at the same time as Ed’s first concert with Magevet. Could it be that his deep, rich, vibrant bass shook the earth to the core? We’ll leave that to the reader to decide. Ed’s earth shattering voice is only matched by his deep musical knowledge. Ed is a low-key (no pun intended) piano virtuoso with vast musical knowledge and talent in both arranging and beatboxing. As a sophomore, Ed came to Magevet out of the blue, and he has already made a tremendous musical impact on the group as a leader in performance and a musician behind the scenes, digitizing and preserving repertoire for the next generation of Magoovs.
